Capital City Classic Tattoo Convention, May 30–June 1

Justin Warn will be in downtown Sacramento from May 30 to June 1 for the Capital City Classic Tattoo Convention. He’ll have flash designs available throughout the weekend—DM @torchtattoo on Instagram for details or to book a spot.

Justin will also be promoting The Original Tattoo Pillow and offering a limited number of small and large pillows for sale in Original Black and Oxblood. He’ll also have The Fig Leaf available—an event-only, special-use pillow designed specifically to support certain tattooing positions.

What are your hours?: I am mostly available by appointment, but feel free to stop by Torch Tattoo to see if I or any of the other shop artists have time available for a walk-in.
Where are you located?: Torch Tattoo is located at 1755 South Claudina Way in Anaheim, just off the 5 Freeway. We’re conveniently close to major attractions such as Disneyland, the Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, and Angel Stadium, with Katella Avenue and Anaheim Boulevard as nearby cross streets.
How do I book?: To make an appointment, please use the "Book Appointment” form on this website or use the contact forms on the Torch Tattoo website. Let me know what you’d like to get done and your availability, and I’ll let you know what spots are available.

All appointments require a deposit to secure your scheduled time. This deposit will be fully applied to the final price of your tattoo.
What payment options do you accept?: Torch Tattoo is a cash only shop with Venmo/PayPal accepted for an additional fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Your deposit is fully refundable or can be moved to another date if I receive at least 72-hour notice of cancellation.

Hi, I'm Justin

I started out as a teenager spending time at local tattoo shops, eventually apprenticing, and then working as a professional tattoo artist in Orange County, California. In 2010, I opened Torch Tattoo in Anaheim with Kyle Crowell as a two-man shop. Over the past 15 years, we’ve grown thanks to the talented artists at our shop and the incredible support of our clients.

I’m also an active participant in Healing Ink and have had the privilege of working at events in Tel Aviv, Las Vegas, Washington D.C., and Los Angeles.
